Project Coordinator

This is a professional role that entails leading and coordinating projects from inception to completion. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit existing files and convert them into structured projects with clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Maintain internal documentation for project status reviews and create external-facing updates for clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive updates on a consistent schedule.
  • Coordinate across all active matters and deadlines, ensuring smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Recent experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar platforms).
  • Proven background in project management, office administration, or operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic.
