Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in construction project management to take on a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects.

This position plays a vital role in coordinating project milestones, managing project timelines, and tracking progress. You will be responsible for following up with architects, drafters, and expediters to ensure that all project requirements are met.

  • Coordinate project filings, permits, and approval processes
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure documentation is up-to-date
  • Serve as the main point of contact for various project stakeholders
  • Anticipate potential project delays and proactively address them
  • Track progress of multiple projects simultaneously and report regularly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines independently
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
