Job Title: Digital Project Assistant

We are seeking a skilled digital project assistant to assist our clients in their project's production process.

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our clients and the production team, ensuring that the project remains within scope and timelines are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients in their project's production process
  • Coordinating with the client and production teams regarding new/updated processes or products
  • Providing feedback to the management team to improve products, services, and customer experience
  • Maintaining an objective approach to keeping clients happy and returning for more work

Additionally, the successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in project management
  • Background in art and design (a plus)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet strict deadlines
  • Background in customer support with at least 1 year of experience servicing customers in North America
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a neutral North American accent
  • Background in handling internet-related products such as web hosting and web design
  • Highly adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment
  • Goal-driven and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work with a team
  • Salesforce knowledge is a strong plus
  • WordPress knowledge is a strong plus
