Job Overview

The role of the Project Management Specialist is to provide project management services, supporting the delivery of routine to moderately complex infrastructure and environmental projects.

As a technical specialist, you will act as a liaison between Client-Partners and our organization, undertaking research, conducting studies and assessments, and providing project management services from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Preparing documentation required for long-term projects, including researching and presenting relevant information.
  • Managing project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closing activities for infrastructure and environmental projects.
  • Facilitating decision making within Client-Partner organizations by supporting project approval processes.
  • Cordinating stakeholder communications to ensure timely decision making.
  • Preparing tender documents and participating in procurement planning.
  • Coordinating consultant activities and acting as representative of the project director or manager.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with industry stakeholders and DCC partners.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Preparing monthly reports to track project progress.
  • Supporting and/or leading business development activities to identify new opportunities.
