
Business Development Representative

We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Appointment Setter. This individual will work closely with our client in the United States, utilizing their exceptional communication skills to connect with prospects and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities- Making outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists to identify new business opportunities.
- Qualifying leads and communicating our business offering effectively to build strong relationships with clients.
- Setting up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Tracking outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Refining call scripts and sharing feedback with the sales team to enhance overall performance and efficiency.
- Handling rejection professionally and maintaining consistent follow-up to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
- A proven track record of success in B2B calling and appointment setting, with a focus on driving business growth and development.
- Capable of handling a high call volume with discipline and resilience, with excellent time management and organization skills.
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S.-based prospects.
