We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and closing deals with game-changing entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Your mission will be a 50/50 split focus between nurturing existing relationships and sourcing new lead opportunities. You will use your skills in Instagram DM conversations, email outreach campaigns, and outbound calling to secure qualified meetings that show up and close.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-moving environment, love connecting with successful entrepreneurs, and be hungry for career transformation. You will take ownership of results and metrics, and be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 1-3 years business development or sales experience
- Proven track record hitting quotas and show-up rates
- Experience with Instagram, email, and phone prospecting
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
