Business Development Representative Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and innovation in the AI safety services sector.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.

  • Qualify inbound leads using discovery questions to tease out technical scope, risk drivers, and buying timelines.
  • Research and prospect: build short, targeted lists of AI labs, hyperscalers, and fast-growing apps; craft personalized sequences via internal tools, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Book the first meeting: secure calendar time for Account Executives and Solutions Engineers; prep them with detailed call notes and prospect context.
  • Stay sharp: track daily AI-safety headlines, regulations, and tooling updates; translate buzz into relevant talking points.
  • Keep the CRM clean: log activity, enrich accounts, and report on conversion so GTM leadership can forecast with confidence.

Our ideal candidate has 1-3 years of professional work experience (any field) that proves reliability - sales, support, operations, retail, hospitality, or military service all count.
