Job Title: Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at John Clements Recruitment Inc.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales development, with experience in driving new business growth and managing existing customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and outreach efforts
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage existing customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales development or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving new business growth and managing existing customer relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
