Key Role

This is a strategic and hands-on role that will shape how data, processes, and systems drive growth across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Data Integration: Build seamless integrations and workflows to track funnel performance across Sales and Marketing.
  • AI-Driven Tools: Identify AI-driven tools to improve forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution.
  • Dashboards and Reporting: Design real-time dashboards to track pipeline and revenue performance.
  • Reporting Infrastructure: Develop scalable reporting infrastructure for sales strategy, marketing attribution, and customer usage analytics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align systems and strategies.
  • Process Automation: Automate key processes to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Data Insights: Transform complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Lead Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lead lifecycle: cleansing, enrichment, CRM upload, and distribution.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Conduct sales performance analysis (conversion rates, lost reasons, ERP performance, forecasting).
  • SOP Documentation: Document SOPs in Confluence to ensure clarity and scalability.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and develop Revenue Operations Analysts.
