Senior Marketing Manager Job Summary

Lead marketing efforts from the ground up, building strategies and driving campaigns to boost visibility, occupancy rates, and revenue. Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans for multiple hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels.
  • Optimise online presence, including website content/design, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with leadership on estimated budgets and cost proposals.
  • Work closely with sales to create promotional offers/packages that drive occupancy.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to refine marketing approaches.
  • Oversee creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare monthly KPI reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing within the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel booking platforms, digital marketing, and brand positioning.
  • Experience in sales or business development in the hospitality sector is advantageous.
  • Website design and content management experience (WordPress or similar preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Creative mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional, mature, and confident when advising senior stakeholders.
