The Collections Specialist role is a key position within our organization, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages from current borrowers. Additionally, this role involves finding and implementing the correct solution for each customer, whether it's adjusting a payment date, processing an early payment, or restructuring loan terms.
The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, clearly answering questions and providing accurate information. They will also help customers understand their financial circumstances, credit files, and income, and how these relate to their borrowing options.
