Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Remote Interview Coordinator to assist our Market Research team with the day-to-day management of market research studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal and external users.
  • Assess user technical support needs and provide timely assistance.
  • Prepare respondents for scheduled interviews and facilitate interview start times.
  • Support moderator and interpreter trainings prior to project commencement.
  • Triage and communicate issues to the QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions for customer support and internal process improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and enhancements, providing internal technical guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Multilingual in at least one language: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese.
  • Experience supporting customers with qualitative online platforms is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems and product suites; internet browsers including Safari, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, as well as Apple and Android mobile devices.
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is beneficial.
