Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify relevant contacts at universities, including dietitians, dining services directors, student wellness coordinators, and disability services staff.
  • Maintain accurate contact information and update the outreach database in a timely manner.
  • Prioritize outreach efforts based on strategic importance.
Outreach & Communication:
  • Engage in professional phone calls to universities and specific departments.
  • Send personalized email outreach using templates that showcase our approach.
  • Consistently follow up on initial outreach attempts to ensure success.
  • Effectively handle objections and redirect conversations to appropriate contacts.
Interview Coordination:
  • Coordinate 15-20 minute video interviews with confirmed contacts using automated scheduling tools.
  • Reschedule interviews as needed to maintain calendar accuracy.
Database Management:
  • Accurately track all contact attempts in the CRM system.
  • Update contact information, interview status, and detailed notes in a timely manner.
  • Track outreach metrics and conversion rates to measure success.
Target Goals:
  • Contact and secure interviews with top 100 U.S. colleges and universities.
  • Expand outreach efforts to next 250 institutions (public and private).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Professional phone presence and confidence in cold calling.
  • Able to quickly build rapport with university staff.
