We are seeking a skilled and driven Dispatcher to join our team in Manila.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make a minimum of 100 calls and 50 postings per day to engage with shippers and carriers.
  • Sourcing and onboarding new shipper accounts through cold calling, referrals, and marketing outreach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with trucking companies and owner-operators.
  • Negotiate rates and lanes for profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Matching available freight with the right carrier partners based on service, equipment, and cost.
  • Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
  • Monitor and track shipments in real-time, proactively resolving any service issues.
  • Ensure carrier compliance with safety, insurance, and regulatory standards.
  • Utilize TMS software and load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop) to post and manage loads.
  • Verify accurate and complete freight documentation (rate confirmations, BOLs, invoices).
  • Stay informed on market conditions, capacity trends, and seasonal fluctuations.
  • Collaborate with accounting for timely billing and payment collection.
