We are looking for a Customs Broker Representative to support customs processing and serve as a liaison between clients, brokers, and customs authorities. The ideal candidate will have experience in documentation and logistics coordination. A customs broker license is not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process and review import/export documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Coordinate with clients, customs brokers, and freight forwarders for smooth shipment release.
  3. Monitor and follow up on customs clearance status.
  4. Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
  5. Assist in resolving documentation issues or delays.
  6. Keep records organized and updated for audit and compliance purposes.
  7. Liaison to the Bureau of Customs and other government agencies
Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs processing.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with customs procedures is preferred but not required.
