Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graduate HR Generalist to join our APAC region team. As a key member of our human resources function, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our organization.

  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to drive business growth and development.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate records of employee information.
  • Manage global projects related to HR, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Work closely with managers and employees to drive the people strategy and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A track record of exceptional achievement from high school and graduate studies.
  • Internship experience working in an HR/People team is beneficial, preferably in the Technology industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Able to prioritize complex workloads, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure.
