
Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Revenue Operations Lead to drive growth across our business. This high-impact role will shape how data, processes, and systems drive revenue. You will mentor RevOps Analysts, build automated workflows, and create scalable reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Build seamless integrations and workflows for end-to-end funnel tracking across Sales and Marketing.
- Identify and implement AI-driven tools to improve forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution.
- Design and maintain real-time dashboards to track pipeline and revenue performance.
- Develop scalable reporting infrastructure to support sales strategy, marketing attribution, and customer usage analytics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align systems and strategies.
- Automate key processes to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Transform complex data into clear insights for leadership.
- Manage the full lead lifecycle: cleansing, enrichment, CRM upload, and distribution.
- Produce regular sales and marketing reports to senior leadership.
- Conduct sales performance analysis (conversion rates, lost reasons, ERP performance, forecasting).
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in a senior analyst or lead role with demonstrated team coaching and mentorship.
- Hands-on experience managing or leading a CRM migration.
- Expert-level Excel skills and strong knowledge of BI tools.
- Advanced data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
- Passionate about automation, process improvement, and scalable systems.
