About the Role

The ISS Administrator role is responsible for configuring Canon's cloud-based Multi-function remote device configuration tool, ISS. Key responsibilities include working with multiple teams, reviewing project plans, and providing input to improve the configuration process.

  • Work closely with Professional Services, Technical Services, ECO Centre, and other Canon Business Partners.
  • Review and provide input to Canon Project PIP.
  • Configure Canon ISS and all components thereof.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Diploma or equivalent Customer Service background.
  • 6 months or more full-time call handling or email handling experience, preferably with data entry and validation.
