Job Description

This pivotal role is all about client-facing service, where you'll be building relationships with customers and providing top-notch support for benefit inquiries. You'll be the go-to person for case management, Tier II support, and even helping with standard benefit processes. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will shine as you navigate complex issues and find solutions.

The Perfect Candidate
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in US benefits is essential
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or equivalent experience is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills in English are mandatory, along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management skills, and customer focus

You'll be working closely with our processing team to ensure seamless operations and participating in process improvement projects to enhance our services. A detailed understanding of US benefit compliance and knowledge of regulatory requirements are must-haves for this role.
