Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Remote Administrative Assistant to support our team with high-level administrative and secretarial tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, reliable, and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience supporting professionals in Australian accounting firms and familiarity with handling secretarial tasks, managing client communications, and using relevant tools and platforms.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, a high level of maturity and discretion in handling sensitive information, and proven ability to manage calendars and appointments independently.

They will also be self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace etc., and excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

The role involves managing calendars, book appointments, and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, liaising with clients and legal professionals for entity set-up, trust deed execution, and related documentation, handling ASIC-related secretarial work including Form 484, Form 362, company renewals, and changes to corporate records, monitoring and responding to emails on behalf of team members, ensuring timely and professional communication, maintaining and updating internal databases and document registers, preparing, reviewing, and formatting documents and correspondence with high accuracy, providing admin support to team members across different departments, assisting with basic e-marketing and social media scheduling or content coordination, and ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and accurate record keeping at all times.
