Program Director - Educational Services

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be integral to the success of our organization by coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service. Responsibilities include actively supporting Regional Operations, providing outstanding academic services to students and their families, operating in a virtual environment, maintaining operating standards, ensuring delivery of programs and initiatives, meeting operational excellence standards, and providing administrative support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have time management, planning, and prioritization skills, ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities, exhibit a professional and approachable demeanor, effective communication skills in virtual environments, proficiency in using communication media including in-person, phone, and video, ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships, works well with others, learning agility, able to acquire new skills as required, ability to engage, manage, and grow virtual relationships, ability to work independently, high tolerance for ambiguity, bachelor's degree, 2-3 years progressive career growth, experience working in a virtual operations and team environment, bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
