About the Role:

The Educational Support Specialist plays a vital part in our organization's success by coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service.

The ideal candidate will be able to operate seamlessly in a virtual environment, maintain high standards of people, financial, and academic performance, and ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate instructor schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet operational excellence standards.
    • Manage virtual tutoring sessions and monitor all students' academic progress.
    • Ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have effective time management, planning, and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.

You should also exhibit professional demeanor and approachable attitude, prioritize and focus on key objectives, which may change from month to month, and have excellent communication skills in virtual environments.
