Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for launching new projects, coordinating and managing tutors, planning and analyzing program efficacy, streamlining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of programs and initiatives.

  • Support regional operations
  • Provide outstanding academic services to students and their families
  • Operate in a virtual environment
  • Maintain operating standards including people, financial, and academic standards
  • Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners
  • Meet operational excellence standards
  • Provide virtual administrative support
  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions
  • Monitor students' academic progress
