Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, processing customer payments, and handling adjustments and deductions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and deposit customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accounts receivable reports that provide insights into outstanding balances and collection performance.
  • Communicate with customers regarding adjustments and delinquent accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on collection strategies and ensure accurate accounting practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in collections or accounts receivable.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
