BACK OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (AUSTRALIAN ACCOUNT)

JOB DESCRIPTION


• Manage payment collections in a timely and professional manner.


• Monitor and record incoming payments accurately in the accounting system.


• Reconcile statements and remittances to ensure data accuracy.


• Generate invoices and account statements for clients.


• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts receivable files and records.


• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports to customers.


• Investigate and resolve customer disputes or inquiries regarding payments.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper billing and payment processes.

QUALIFICATIONS


• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration course, or any equivalent course


• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


• High level of attention to detail and analytical skills


• Proactive and capable of working independently or with minimal supervision


• Good problem-solving skills

NICE TO HAVE


• Experience with using Xero accounting software
