  • Payment Collections
  • Payment Monitoring & Recording
  • Statement and Remittance Reconciliation
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  • Generating monthly financial reports for customers
  • Investigating and resolving any disputes or inquiries

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration course, or any equivalent course
  • Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High level of attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proactive and capable of working independently or with minimal supervision
  • Good problem-solving skills

NICE TO HAVE

· Experience with using Xero accounting software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
