  • Job Summary: This role involves supporting our transition to NetSuite by understanding business needs, refining and documenting processes, and enabling user adoption through training and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis: Analyse and document current business processes to identify improvements and gaps, ensuring that business process maps and documentation are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Future-State Process Design: Design and map future-state processes aligned with NetSuite functionality, ensuring that NetSuite configuration aligns effectively with redesigned business processes.
  • Implementation Support: Support ERP implementation activities including configuration and testing, ensuring minimal disruption during the transition.
  • User Training: Develop clear process documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
