Product Solutions Specialist

A Product Solutions Specialist is a critical role in designing client-centric product solutions and overseeing the complete proposal development process. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and provide crucial technical support to sales teams by understanding client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design client-specific product solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for service delivery, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Assist sales teams in understanding client requirements and provide technical guidance on product specifications and compatibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to align client needs with internal product development and marketing.
  • Lead product demonstrations at various forums to showcase product solutions.
  • Contribute to compelling proposal creation, including prompt responses to RFPs, RFQs, and SOWs.
Requirements:
  • Any graduate with relevant industry experience.
  • At least one full life cycle ERP / Retail Software implementation experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to listen to prospects and design solutions that can deliver business benefits.
