Job Overview

The digital transformation specialist is responsible for leading, planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to the integration platform. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating team members, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver projects aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Development and Execution:
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, and business teams to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
    • Coordinate with external vendors, integration partners, and technical consultants as needed.
    • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.
    • Oversee integration of systems, data sources, APIs, and services across departments and platforms.
    • Collaborate with IT and architecture teams to maintain security, scalability, and interoperability of the integration platform.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
    • Identify and resolve issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Provide transparent reporting on milestones, budgets, risks, and outcomes.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital transformation or enterprise integration.
    • Experience in managing initiatives related to integration platforms is highly desirable.
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
