As an ERP Consultant, you will be a pivotal member of our consulting team, responsible for leading and executing Accounting System Implementation projects. Your expertise in business process analysis, solution design, and project management will be instrumental in delivering successful solutions that address our clients' unique business challenges. As a senior consultant of the team, you will also mentor and guide other Consultants and Associates, contribute to knowledge sharing, and play a key role in driving the continuous improvement of our consulting services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy
  • Preferred 5+ years of experience in senior accounting or finance roles
  • Prior experience as an end user of any ERP Accounting Software is advantageous
  • Proven ability to conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and propose effective solutions that align with clients' strategic goals
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Possession of a CPA license and good academic records are highly advantageous
