Job Overview

Boldr seeks a detail-oriented professional to manage invoicing, aged receivables, and client reporting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and improving client satisfaction through timely and accurate communication.
  • Supporting management during audits by ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will also be involved in tasks such as sending invoices, managing collection efforts, recording payments, reconciling accounts, and preparing aging reports.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable:

  • Send timely and clear invoices and statements to clients.
  • Manage collection efforts to minimize outstanding balances.
  • Record and track all payments accurately.
  • Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare weekly accounts receivable aging reports for management review.

Accounting:

  • Ensure accurate and compliant accounting practices throughout the organization.
  • Provide analytical support to inform business decisions.
  • Evaluate current processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
  • Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial management software.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
