Job Description

This role entails managing client matters from start to finish, ensuring seamless workflow progression and efficient task completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring the legal workflow pipeline to prevent delays and missed deadlines.
  • Reviewing case statuses regularly to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicating with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to clarify task assignments and address workflow issues.
  • Preparing and maintaining reports to highlight case progress and workflow patterns.
  • Conducting routine checks in the case management system to ensure accuracy and up-to-date documentation.
  • Coordinating and facilitating case status meetings with the legal team to ensure active cases are discussed and tasks are assigned accordingly.
  • Providing updates to stakeholders on case pipeline status and escalating ongoing challenges as needed.

Additionally, this role involves implementing changes or improvements to workflows as directed by leadership and offering feedback and suggestions when appropriate. A collaborative work environment is fostered through effective communication across teams, ensuring consistent handling of client matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in a legal environment (e.g., case coordination, paralegal work, or legal operations).
  • Strong understanding of legal workflows and case management processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion with sensitive information.
  • General knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fully fluent in English.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time).
