
Customer Support Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support via online chat, email, and phone calls.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that each issue is thoroughly investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Clarify customer needs, determine the cause of the issue, select and explain the best solution, and follow up to ensure the issue is resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve any escalated issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in creating excellent help documentation for both internal use and customer reference.
- Escalate bugs to our technical support team for resolution.
- Work on specialized projects as you become more comfortable in the role.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient in English (primary language); secondary languages are a plus.
- At least one year of experience providing live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform (or equivalent).
- Ability to translate technical ideas into clear, non-technical language.
- Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, ability to continuously develop and adapt to a growing team.
- Highly organized, able to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms.
