
Customer Support Specialist

As a key player in our user management and customer support team, you will deliver exceptional service to customers with poise, empathy, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Process user management requests within set timeframes
- Inform sponsors and relevant teams of client-supported product updates
- Communicate with sponsors via email regarding issue resolutions
- Maintain data accuracy in the CRM system
- Perform database performance reporting tasks
- Analyze root causes for alerts and errors generated by supported products
- Complete quality control activities for user management tasks
- Escalate issues promptly to senior management
For this role, you must possess technical and behavioral skills. Technical requirements include good Microsoft Office tool proficiency, computer literacy, and experience with ticketing systems.
Behavioral requirements include a positive attitude, decision-making ability, creativity, organization, and excellent written and verbal communication.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of user management or data entry experience, and strong English communication skills.
