The Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Experience Associate to manage our front desk operations. This role involves answering calls, welcoming visitors, handling tenant inquiries, and processing mails and documents. Additionally, it ensures the office is clean, organized, and presentable while managing client services such as gatepass processing, printing, and minor IT troubleshooting. The position also includes administrative support, reporting, inventory management, and addressing workplace issues by coordinating with the Customer Success Lead. Furthermore, it enforces company policies, oversees site readiness, facilitates conference room bookings, assists with marketing events, and builds strong relationships with clients.
Ideal Profile
Requirements for this role include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, BS HRM, or any similar courses. Additionally, at least 3 years of work experience as Front Office Staff or Admin Assistant is required. Knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, office 365) is also necessary. The ideal candidate should be capable of dealing with local staff and foreign clients. Willingness to work on a shifting schedule and be assigned to other KMC sites is also essential.
