Customer Support Representative

We're seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a customer support representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
