Customer Service Representative Job

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a customer service representative. The ideal candidate is a skincare enthusiast with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling prospective clients, taking orders, answering customer service questions, and maintaining regular contact with our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to med spas, independent plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and licensed estheticians to introduce them to our products.
  • Customer Service: Answer product questions, provide excellent customer service, and take phone and email orders.
  • Client Check-ins: Conduct monthly check-ins with existing clients to maintain relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Order Management: Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer requests.
Required Skills:
  • A passion for skincare and familiarity with professional skincare products.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
