We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As the voice of our partner brands, you'll handle calls that make business happen – scheduling jobs, solving issues, and ensuring every customer feels heard and helped.

Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat support with professionalism and urgency
- Book service appointments accurately and efficiently while coordinating with dispatch teams
- Input customer details and service notes into CRM and scheduling platforms
- Provide clear information regarding services, pricing, and expectations
- Follow up on scheduled services and pending customer issues
- Identify when to escalate issues to supervisors or technical teams
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, clarity, and responsiveness

- Fast learner with strong attention to detail and excellent time management
