
Remote Customer Service Role

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills, who can handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, researching and retrieving information across systems to support customer needs, accurately documenting interactions and process claims, guiding customers through options to find the best solutions, following scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources, protecting customer privacy and handling sensitive information appropriately, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members, staying current with training, updates, and program knowledge, and maintaining consistent attendance and adhering to scheduling requirements.
Requirements- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous call center experience and work-from-home experience are also preferred.
- You should have a strong command of the English language and be able to type at a speed of 20+ WPM.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) are necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask and self-manage effectively are essential.
