Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to patients and doctors in a remote setting. Your goal is to deliver outstanding results by ensuring seamless interactions between patients, doctors, and our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Frontline Patient Communication: You will answer and manage intake phone calls from patients in a friendly, professional manner, acting as a remote receptionist.
  • Patient Information Gathering: You will obtain and record detailed client information, including personal details, location, and a summary of symptoms or chief complaints.
  • Appointment Scheduling: You will quickly assess the urgency of the patient's needs and schedule same-day or urgent appointments accordingly.
  • Doctor Coordination: You will determine and assign the appropriate doctor for each case based on the patient's symptoms, location, and timing.
  • Communication & Follow-Up: You will send out confirmation details and informative follow-ups to patients and doctors.
  • Post-Appointment Follow-Up: After each appointment, you will reach out to patients to confirm their issue was addressed and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: You will proactively manage and resolve logistical issues that may occur during the intake or appointment process.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service, patient intake, or call center role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English, with a clear speaking voice and strong written communication.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for helping people and providing outstanding service.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology to facilitate workflow.
  • Problem-Solving: Critical thinking and quick decision-making skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in recording patient information and scheduling details correctly.
