About This Role

We're seeking skilled and empathetic customer service professionals to join our team. As a remote agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.

This is a temporary, remote position contingent on disaster relief needs. You'll work as needed in response to hurricane disaster relief efforts, applying the latest customer service techniques and learning our account management systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with service inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels
  • Improve the customer's experience by resolving issues efficiently and effectively
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
