Job Title: Account Management Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management Specialist to join our team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support;
  • Identify opportunities for growth and revenue expansion through analysis of client data and market trends;
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account management activities;
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account management, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and account churn;

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management or a related field;
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and practices;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
