Accounts Receivable Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Receivables Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing accounts receivable, cash posting, and reconciliation.
Job Description:This role involves overseeing daily cash postings from various banks and financial institutions, as well as implementing lock box processes to ensure accurate payment allocation and receipt verification.
- Cash posting and reconciliation from multiple sources
- Lock box process implementation and management
- Centralizing AR functions and integrating high-volume acquisitions into a shared services center
The successful candidate must possess:
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, including collections and contract management
- Familiarity with accounting systems like Microsoft Dynamics GP, QuickBooks, and ConnectWise
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented and goal-driven individual with strong organizational and time management skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable
- Familiarity with accounting systems is required
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Advanced Excel
