JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on sales execution, focusing on both retention and expansion of existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts to achieve long-term success and revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer support) to ensure client needs are met
  • Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Open to college graduates and undergraduates with relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in B2B Sales, Consultative Sales, Sales Account Management and Solution Sales
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to engage in research-driven sales strategies
  • Background in consulting, marketing, or digital advertising is a plus
  • Amenable to work on a nightshift schedule
