Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, file management, scheduling appointments, and creating marketing materials.
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Be tech-savvy and have the ability to learn and use new tools and systems.
  • Knowledge or past use of CRMs is a plus.
  • Experience in the Home Service Industry is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with proven experience in customer service, admin/virtual assistant roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
