Job Overview

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order processing and documentation. Your responsibility will be to monitor orders, track status, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Processing job orders, sales invoices, and delivery receipts according to delivery commitments and stock availability.
  • Tracking job order status in coordination with purchasing and shipping teams.
  • Notifying sales/account managers of any changes or updates.

You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with the warehouse team to print billing statements and schedule deliveries.
  • Routing documents related to projects and ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate.
  • Accumulating and filing documents accordingly.
  • Providing instructions to the warehouse regarding deliveries and returns.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Assisting sales/account managers with delivery and after-sales service issues.
  • Sending copies of client purchase orders to the warehouse as needed during deliveries.
  • Handling re-invoice and requests for retrieval of all sales invoices and delivery receipts.
About You

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

  • A degree in Finance, Sales Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
  • No work experience required, but experience in sales logistics is an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service and client relations skills.
  • Flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
