Senior Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to oversee the entire shipment process from start to finish.

As a Senior Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of shipments.

Your expertise in 4PL and Supply Chain Management will enable you to provide effective business solutions to our clients.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring timely delivery of services.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your analytical skills to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

With a strong understanding of operational processes and excellent communication skills, you will be able to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor end-to-end shipment process.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide value-added solutions to clients through effective business knowledge.
  • Resolve queries and issues promptly with shippers/Customers/other stakeholders.
  • Maintain customer-centric approach to avoid errors and prevent repetition.
  • Prepare and submit accurate documents in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during daily operation.
  • Identify deviations in process and share with customer & reporting head.
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain effective communication by participating in conference calls with clients.
  • Record and report performance data to provide recommendations on service delivery.
  • Establish and strengthen customer relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of 4PL and Supply Chain Management operations.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong documentation experience.
  • Passion for driving closures and high-level customer service orientation.
  • Team player with ability to work collaboratively.
  • Good understanding of operational processes.
  • Strong time management skills.
