We are seeking a leader to spearhead our team, driving innovation and excellence in logistics.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a professional team. They will be responsible for driving commercial intelligence within their own team and collaborating with sales teams to provide better service to customers.

A key focus of this role will be on stakeholders and direct engagement with CAC OTCX (Central America, Andina, and Caribbean Sea Area – One Team Customer Experience), Colombia, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops a professional and customer-focused team through role modeling, leadership and coaching.
  • Focuses on stakeholders and direct engagement with CAC OTCX (Central America, Andina, and Caribbean Sea Area – One Team Customer Experience), Colombia, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic.
  • Drives commercial intelligence within own team.
  • Attends regular or ad-hoc joint sales calls with sales teams to provide better service to customers.
  • Drives continuous improvement of process performance and team efficiency.
  • Provides support to global and local initiatives and projects.
  • Actively contributes to the local management team-share views.
Requirements:
  • With leadership experience and managing a team.
  • Have worked with CAC OTCX (Central America, Andina, and Caribbean Sea Area is an advantage.
  • SME levels are acceptable.
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree.
  • Fluent in Spanish Language is a plus but not required.
  • Engaging and can handle pressure.
  • With Relevant experience in Shipping, Logistics, Forwarding, Supply Chain Operations – is a plus.
  • Handled Different Accounts under BPO set up or other industries are also acceptable.
