Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and more.
  • Automate and streamline processes for lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign execution.
  • Provide campaign tech support, setting up UTM tracking, landing pages, forms, and campaign infrastructure.
  • Maintain data accuracy, lead segmentation, scoring models, and funnel tracking across platforms.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Sheets, Looker, or Hex to monitor marketing KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization.

This role requires a detail-oriented system thinker who can work behind the scenes to streamline processes and drive impact. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless tool integration and automation.

Requirements
  • 4+ years in marketing ops, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
  • Familiarity with lead workflows, scoring, segmentation, and attribution.
  • Excellent problem-solving, detail orientation, and communication skills.

You should be comfortable using project tools like Notion and experience with Gravity Forms, Clay, Zapier, Hex, Outreach, or AI tools is a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization is also required.
