Job Title: Email Marketing & CRM Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Email Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expert to join our team.

This is a full-time remote role where you will play a key part in transforming the way rugs are sold online by delivering data-driven, on-brand messaging and optimizing campaigns and automations to drive revenue and improve customer experience.

About the Role

As an Email Marketing & CRM Specialist, your primary goal is to engage, convert, and retain customers through personalized communication while continuously improving campaign performance. Your work will directly contribute to overall company performance, including NPS and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies, ensuring seamless integration across email, SMS, and push channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust email marketing campaigns that drive revenue and improve customer engagement.
  • Design and optimize complex automation flows and customer segmentation strategies to enhance Welcome and Abandon Cart experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand voice and aesthetic, as well as CX feedback.
  • Lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of all marketing campaigns, working closely with Content Managers to develop high-converting email content.
  • Partner with Product teams to ensure timely visibility of new arrivals and high-priority items in email campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key email and CRM metrics, using insights to refine future strategies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance-based email marketing, preferably in eCommerce.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft compelling messages that drive conversions.
  • Deep understanding of digital customer behavior and how to drive action through targeted communications.
  • Excellent project management and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo or Netcore, strong technical CRM skills, segmentation, tagging, APIs, integrations, and product feeds.
